“Truly remarkable what theses kids and coaches have accomplished. I’ve worked with and coached some, so to see them have success means a lot. The whole NCAA tournament experience is something they will remember forever, win or lose. It’s great for this young team to gain this experience. The future looks very bright. As always it’s a great time to be a Hilltopper. I know the fans and media might be looking forward to the matchup with UK, but I can assure you that the coaches are not and will make sure the Tops know MVSU inside and out. After we beat MVSU I will be the first person to point out the WKU alums wearing blue and make sure they know the TOPS are for real.”
